Delivery times
In Belgium, fast delivery within 24 hours for orders placed before 1pm, except for items that are out of stock. Outside Belgium, delivery times vary according to your place of residence and also depend on available stocks. If an item is out of stock, we will contact our customers to discuss the best options. Delivery and/or performance times are given as an indication only and failure to observe them does not entitle the Customer to any recourse. Our Company accepts no liability in the event of delay, loss or damage due to force majeure or fortuitous events, including any event beyond the normal control of our Company. In such cases, our Company may cancel the agreements entered into or extend the delivery deadlines for as long as the force majeure event lasts or as long as its consequences are felt, without compensation of any kind.
Rental delivery
The rented equipment is under the full responsibility of the renting client. As soon as the rented equipment leaves the premises of the Ultradia building and until its final reception signed by an official of the ULTRADIA rental centre, Rue Edouard Belin 3, 1435 Mont-Saint-Guibert. Any transport by a carrier (outward and return) of the rented equipment shall be the sole responsibility of the renting customer, who shall organise, manage and pay all costs relating to transport and any damage caused by transport. If the rental customer decides to work with a carrier, Ultradia discharges itself of any obligation to train, start up or assess the suitability of the machine for the work to be carried out.
Risks
Unless expressly provided otherwise, the Products sold are deemed to have been accepted at the factory and travel at the Customer's risk, even when the cost of transport is borne by our Company. Our Company therefore declines all responsibility for damage, shortages or delays in deliveries regardless of the means of transport used. In the event of damage or shortage, it is the Customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps to safeguard any recourse against the carrier.
Ownership of goods
Our Company retains ownership of the Products sold as long as the price has not been paid in full or the total amount of the bills has not been collected.
Delivery cost
ULTRADIA delivers free of charge in Belgium for orders over €300. Prices for delivery abroad are variable and on request. Please contact our customer service for further information: sales@ultradia.be
